As per ICOPS tradition, a special refereed issue of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science will be published based on the papers presented at the conference. The authors of plenary, invited, and selected mini-course presentations are invited to submit the papers to the special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science. In the  manuscript submission system (mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tps-ieee), you can find a "Manuscript Type" entitled "Special Issue -Plenary, Invited & Minicourse Papers from ICOPS/APCOPTS 2024." Make sure to select the above special issue and proceed the submission. The submission deadline is November 30, 2024.
