As per ICOPS tradition, a special refereed issue of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science will be published based on the papers presented at the conference. The authors of plenary, invited, and selected mini-course talks (by the invitation from the organizers) will be invited to submit the manuscripts to the TPS-IEEE website at: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tps-ieee. More details will be provided later.  

The authors of the selected mini-course lectures will be invited to submit the tutorial review papers based on the lectures. These papers will undergo the standard review process with the understanding that these are tutorial review papers. Details will follow in due course of time.
