On Sunday evening there will be an ICOPS & APCOPTS Welcome Reception at the Beijing International Convention Center following the Sunday afternoon registration.

On Monday evening there will be the Women in Engineering Reception at the Beijing International Convention Center organized by Seong Ling YAP and Cui Meng. This event is open to everyone (no fee).

On Tuesday evening there will be a Young Professionals reception and panel organized by Yifei Zhu and Zilan Xiong. (Join us for an exciting event aimed at young professionals looking to kick-start their careers in academia, government labs, or industry. Our speakers will share insights and tips on how to navigate each sector and succeed in your chosen field.) This event is open to everyone (no fee).

Finally, the conference banquet will take place on Wednesday evening at 19:00 PM.
