A limited number of student travel grants are available to encourage student IEEE members to attend ICOPS & APCOPTS 2024. For those students selected the grant will provide complimentary conference registration.

Only "First Author" abstracts submitted by students are eligible for travel grants. Moreover, the abstract should be original (not published elsewhere).

Applicants should submit the following information by April 25, 2024.

•  Copy of submitted abstract
•  IEEE student membership number
•  Proposed travel budget to the conference (cost sharing with other

   students is encouraged)
•  Two letters of recommendation, one of which is from the student's 

   advisor, stating the importance of the research to be presented.

Create a single merged pdf file containing all the application material and e-mail it to c.jiang@ieee.org and wangweizong@buaa.edu.cn with the subject line "ICOPS & APCOPTS 2024 Student Travel Grant Application".
